Please SIGN IN to the Jackpot Club Help Centre to access support (click this for instructions)

You need to be signed in to the Jackpot Club Help Centre to access our support articles, and to submit support requests to us. See below for easy instructions.

 

Simply click on Sign in at the top-right of the Help Centre, and enter your email address and password, then click Sign in. Make sure the Stay signed in option is ticked!

 

If You Don't Have a Password

If you don't have a password, then you can easily set one up. The username should be an email address that you have access to (eg gaming@myhotel.com.au) and the password can be anything you like.

  1. Click the Sign in button at the top right of the help centre.



  2. Click the Get a password link on the sign in screen.
  3. You will then be asked to enter the email address - please enter one you have access to, preferably the one you normally use to contact support (eg gaming@myhotel.com.au) and click Submit.

  4. If your email address was registered with us, then you will be asked to enter a password - just make one up (be sure to remember it, and share it with other staff, in case you need to sign in to the Help Centre again).

 

If You Get An Error

If you see an error like the one below, then your email address might not be registered with us.


In this case, click Cancel to go back to the sign in screen, and click Sign up instead:

Then proceed to enter all the details to create a new user account - please use an email that you have access to, preferably the one you normally use to contact support (eg gaming@myhotel.com.au). The password can be anything you like (be sure to remember it, and share it with other staff, in case you need to sign in to the Help Centre again).
